Can t have it, only an apple nuts and tea ,so I have outsise. A froend did have and was terrific. You are doing a very good job. Congrats

A huge variety of options for breakfast including cereals and fruit. Free of charge and above average breakfast, outstanding guest room. Magnificent, incredible location close to centre, main locations-especially the galleries and the train station and Renfe trains, very nice staff.

The room was extremely spacious and brand-new!

I spend 5 nights in Madrid lovely. Really enjoyed the room with good a/c, my bed was very comfy. The staff members were welcoming and suggested local places. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Paseo del Prado was great.

outdated bed covers

I had a spacious corner room with plenty of light and loved the comfortable beds, though the covers could use an upgrade. The wi-fi was excellent, allowing me to plan my sightseeing easily. Overall, I'd choose this cozy spot again if I ever return!

Location was the best thing about it for me, because I had to use the Atocha train station twice in two days. It's right opposite the train station and very convenient from this point of view. The room was perfect for my needs, and spotlessly clean. Hotel staff was friendly.

The rooms aren't very soundproofed, and the smallest noise in the corridor is magnified, but apart from this, the hotel was fine.
